I'm hiding, so i don't hurt you

by Anna   May 17, 2005

I’m hiding, so I don’t hurt you.

It’s you, who I have been hiding from,
Trying to not let you see the truth,
I’m only doing it to not hurt you.
I only thought it was tiny,
But it turned out so big,
Each day becoming stronger.
Deep down I no it will happen,
And I will be able to express a smile,
With meaning to that smile.
But confusion lays in the way,
To take that step forward and to achieve something,
Something special.
You will never no what I would give,
Just to be in your arms,
Too kiss you for the first time,
To show you affection,
And to hold you tight.
