Her heart stops, because of love.

by Anna   May 23, 2005

Her heart stops, because of love.

The trees lay in the shadows of the night,
Her heart lays in the unwanted soul,
She begins her journey,
On the unloved street,
Full of lost dreams, and failed hopes.

The night so bitterly cold,
The air damp and racing,
A love she is giving,
But not being received,
Weakens her to the floor.

She lays there empty, and lost,
Non existence blood pours,
Out from her lifeless heart,
Her soul begins to die,
Her frame begins to crumble.

She lays there and weeps in the cold night,
Wishing he is there to save her from
The death about to occur,
Her life bleeds into the night,
Her heart stops,
Because of love.

*this poem is basically about loving someone so much, that it weakens you to the ground, and your soul just dies because the pain*
