Driver's Seat

I feel like I'm in the driver seat,
While my friends
are in the passenger's seat.
They get to see
what the world has in store,
While I have to watch the road.
The world is passing by,
And yet I miss it all.
As the song goes,
"Life's so sweet
right here in the passenger seat."
