My Ballaernia

by Broken Angel   May 20, 2005

Her dreams were lost and shattered
Her mind did not know what to do
as her world suddenly spun out of control
Darkness coved her eyes as she fell deeper down.
In her head she knew if she did what she was about to do it would affect her greatly, her dreams, her career shes always wanted, her heart. Every part of her but she didn't care she picked up the shiny razor blade lifted up her sleeve and cut away. Cut away all her pain and suffering. All the hurt she had held in her heart for so long and all the imperfections she thought she had. As soon as she looked down at her wrist to see fifty marks dripping with blood she dropped the razor as she tried to erase what she had done. tried to cover it all up. But nothing worked she knew if she went to Ballet practice they would all see, they would all stare. With nothing else to do she put on her ballerina costume, slippers and all as she lay ed down and cried her tears mixed with her blood staining her Rosy cheeks. In the morning her gravestone read "My Angel, My Premia ballerina, you will be in my heart forever take your dreams to heaven and show God in person what you got."

I liked it alot! that was really good, it seemed a lil bit more free verse than what i normally write and that made it more intersesting. I loved the message behind it. you did a great job. Keep up the good work.

    Much love ~ Jess
