What do you see?

What do you see when you look at me?
Do you see the same tear stained face that I always see?
Or do you see that smile that covers up so much pain.
Sometimes that smile doesn't work,
and it comes out.
I can't take it all.
It's so hard to hold it all in.
So much pain for someone so young.
Life, family, Friends, how do I take it all and still stay here.
It's tough but I can stay strong through it.
So now what do you see when you look at me?
