Mom

by Slotts   May 23, 2005

When I was young you helped me grow
And taught me all i had to know
Of love and trust and faith and hope
And everything it takes to cope

You may have thought I didn't hear
Or maybe that you weren't quite clear
But all the things you taught me
Where heeded, carefully.

What would my life be without you?
I'd never have made it this far
You've helped me through my endeavors
Your the best, your a star!

I've been blessed with the love of a mother
Whose loving goes on without end
I wouldn't have wished for another
she's my Mother most of all she;s my friend

To me this was more like a letter of remembrance then a poem, however you do express how thank full you are towards your mother and how much you love her
