Best Friends

Friends are forever
Or at least that’s what they say
But with me they don’t always stay
They come and go
In and out of my life
Just leaving me like we never met
Its like they’re just using me
Just to get by
They just are one big lie
But not all of them just leave
Some stay for a while
They are the ones who make me smile
They help me through all the bad times
Or when I make mistakes
They are always there
And I know they care
Some “friends” just lie
But others help me get by
People that are there till the end
Are what I call best friends
