The tear stained notebook

by Amanda   Feb 11, 2006

The wounds will never heal,
No matter what they say.
Every night she prays to god,
That she can make it through another day.

The notebook is almost filled,
only a few more pages to go.
She still marks every page with that single tear,
The emotions she went through no one would ever know.

Today she is writing about her family,
And how they are never there.
They always seemed to be fighting,
It just didn't seem fair.

The next day she wrote about her friends,
And how they are so fake.
They spread rumors about her,
Which cause her so much heart-ache.

The notebook is filled,
She has had enough.
The notebook is now her suicide note,
Her life was just too rough.

As she sits on her bedroom floor,
and grabs the knife.
She hopes to go to heaven,
because there she will have a better life.

Very well written and the low is seemless. i sort of agree with james in that it lacked unquieness, but it is very good none the less.
