Is this how it's meant to be?

You suffocate me and all our lives
Screw up my mind with your useless lies
How am i meant to understand if you don't tell me whats going on?
You don't know my name and don't care where I'm from
Its not just me your trying to break down
Its all our hearts you grind to the ground
I watch as you destroy all i held so dear
Hating you as i lose everything i kept near
You cut us off from the outside world
Don't notice that I'm still a fragile girl
I'm just one of those things you enjoy to kill
Filled with pain that cant be tamed by any pill

since when is this fatherly love?

    The third line seemed a buit out of place with it's length, but the rest of the poem flowed nicely. I can sense the anger and hurt in this poem. Ending with a question is a unigue way to finish.

    it was confusing at first, but in the end it all clicked. I sometimes feel the same way about my dad....great job portraying it.
