God's note

I never did know you,
it pains me that you are gone
We never spent time together
or had that special bond

I see the toughest people crying
for some reason I shed no tears
I am trying to act tough
And show I have no fears

But deep inside I hurt
from times we never had
feeling sorry and left-out
And it just makes me mad

You know I don't like to carry regrets
so I'll get this off my chest
I regret knowing half your story
but never getting the rest,(P.S.)

God take care of their soul,
on their journey from the end
While I finally cry out all my tears

My grandfather died a little before this, and I always was mad at myself for never crying for him, and all of a sudden, it hit me.
