All But Stayed...You've Strayed

by Eden   Jun 8, 2005

Crash, the weighted bells are ringing...
...Dance, the whistling chimes are singing.
Place the bones upon the hearth
And beat the kettle dry.

Leap, the songless birds can't fly
Morrow dwindles whilst thou dies
Light a fire to keep thee warm
In thy healthy home.

Plead, the angels fly o'er you
Blades are swift and charge so true
Bleeding all to forsake the living
Come to tear me down.

Blanch from hidden shadows so near
Visit the dawn although it sneers
Place red ribbon in your hair
To ponder alone, this night.

Key to all is key to heart
Twisting all your veins apart
Squeeze the black old liquid dry
From your cracked old soul

Canter to a bell song's glass
Tip thee over and make time pass
Hourglass shards always to be seen
In the shady grass

Come down to a meadow's birth
See the lava flow with mirth
Breaking all the babies' feet
To make pebbles grow fonder still

Crush man's head beneath your heel
Strike them all so they can feel
What it's like to suffer then...
...So suffer unto me.

Creatures stall preluding light
Breaking all, bench-pressing might
Slip into a drunken glass...
...Then join for prayer at early mass.

...now all is forgotten...God Bless...
...you've asked for forgiveness...
...You're free to sin again.
