I thought you were my friend
I was so happy
I finally had a friend
A friend that would care if someone hurt me
A friend that would always make me feel better about myself
A friend to confide in if someone hurt me
But then you turned your back and hurt me
Every time I tried to talk to you, you ignored me, or walked out on me
Did I do something wrong?
I thought you were my friend.

    Yeah...I met a few...my so call friend...then I found out they are not my friend afterall...when I'm so worried about them...they just ask me to shut up...oh well...some friends...aren't worth making...but you are one friend...that I will always remember...

    OMG!!! I swear two minutes ago i'd be writing those same words. I feel the same way and it hurts real bad. Great poem. It's like you took the thought right out of my head. I like it alot. I can really relate. 5/5
