Evergreens

by Stef   Jun 15, 2005

Bring me to a place
With evergreens and wildflowers
Sunny days and warm weather
And the scent of ocean air
Blows through the trees
Like a gentle summer breeze
And all the leaves turn red
Drifting from wood branches
And laying upon the ground
The grass is green, and so soft
To lay on it is to lay on silk
And to be in paradise
And the clouds slowly float
Upon the bluest of blue skies
And tears flow to the ocean
Water the flowers, soften the grass
And relieve all pain
Like a breeze brings the leaves
To lye softly on the ground
Amoung the evergreen pines
And everything is alright
Oh please, bring me there...
