---I was going through some of the poerty I did when I was younger and chose one to put on the site. I kinda like this one so please vote and comment on it.---
No one what its like,
To see someone die and know its not right.
I bet none of you have seen a gun,
Let alone a boy named Cory when he used one.
I knew him very well and loved him so,
It tore my heart out when I witnessed him go.
I bet no one knows how horrible the sound,
When he pulled the trigger and fell to the ground.
And I didn't do anything but stand there scared,
From that moment on my mind was mentally impaired.
He left me that day right there on the floor,
Knowing I'd still love him, forever more.
His father abusive, his mother was gone.
Could anyone else's life be so wrong?
Maybe if I knew sooner it could have been prevented,
Maybe then my mind would not have ended up so demented.
But it wasn't your fault,
Does that mean I can sulk?
I don't really know,
I think it just made time slow.
And I will never forget,
That sad day that you left.
