The Truth

Every time you hit a cord
my heart seems to bleed more
love and hate go hand in hand
every time lighting hits land....

Time floats away like sand
and when it's you i think
"man oh man"

i need to say what i always knew
i need to just let it through
from my heart to my lungs from my mouth i said:

"please just hear, hear the truth
and please understand what i say,
what I'm about to say.
please don't throw it away
the thing is and this is true....

the point I'm making is.....
......I love you......

    Very good poem and i liked the way you put it, it was rather exciteful. I liked the way you carried it on as if it was your last dieing breath that you were trying to speak this to the person. Wonderfully done. I think that it is a very well done poem and i give it five/five.
