Stuck in a shadow
With no one around
Nothing but nightmares
With terrible sounds.

Eyes closed tight
Shaking with fear
Crying and screaming
Hands soaked from tears.

Alone in the dark
Mind twisted and twirled
No one to lead her
Out into the world.
