What You Did

by FlawlesslyTarnished   Jun 26, 2005

You may think it's OK,
To mess with me this way,
But because of you,
I'm fading away.

It hurts me deep down,
when you say good-bye,
And the reason?
I don't know why.

Why are you doing this?
You're killing me,
Tearing me apart,
And setting me free.

I'm dying inside,
All cuz of you,
It hurts deep down,
For what you do.

I gave you my heart,
And I trusted you with my love,
But you broke it all down,
And acted so tough.

You took my soul,
And tore it apart,
Just like you did,
With my heart.

You let me go,
With no reason why,
Until I found out,
I wouldn't say good-bye.

You finally spilled,
And I was crushed,
But I didn't believe it,
Very much.

So I snooped around,
And dare I found,
You lied to me,
I never thought,
This day would be.

"A bad couple" we were,
Is the real reason why,
You let me go,
And said good-bye.
