Shy

by undying blusher   Jun 29, 2005

When will the pain end
I'm tired of having no real friends
Everyone and everything seems to be lying

No one pays attention to the one that's shying away
Quietly she's dying
When will it be her turn to shine

She watches them
All having a good time
Without her

She's always the one left behind
Always pushed to the back of the line
Sadly she lets them

No one pays attention when she turns away
and a tear slides down from her already weary eye
She hopes she's as unnoticed as it seems the way they treat her

You'll hardly see here face
She'll be holding a book
or have her hair down in place

She'll never look you in the eyes
No one sees when she walks by
No one hears when she whispers, "Hi"

Thank you, Linz. Shyness can bring much difficulty to one's life...wouldn't you agree?
