WHY???

WHY???

i ask myself why?

you and i set side by side in the car you had just ask the question that i had so long waited and wonted you to ask and my patients payed off after being together for 5yrs you finally asked me to marry you it was the end to what was supposed to be the prefect night. but it wasent. we stop at the light and the we proceed to go as the light turned green and then out of no were a car came smashing in us. and took both r lives that night. and as we sit here on this cloud to heave i look down and start to cry for the person in the other car had lived and he was also drunk.
WHY??? i ask again. WHY??? so many thing left undone. so many thing left un said. so many thing that we wanted to do. we never got to expenses that night of passionate love, nor raise a family. all our hopes and dreams were taken away from us. all because of one stupid person. then i like at you and ask WHY is life so unfair? you look back into my eyes and say i don't know my love i don't know. and we just sit and hold eather the rest of the way up.

Reminds people that from nowhere life on earth can also be taken away within seconds, shows the philospher in you I think. It good to see that, especially poets need it. Keep up the good work. Your words are like grab people or relaxes them, depending on the poem they read by you. I read this one 5 times alraedy. T/C Paul
