When you feel the heat
Rising within yourself
what can you do
To get it beat?

When you feel your mind
Racing with the speed of anger
How can you over power it
And be just as kind?

Just as kind as
when you feel no hate
Just as nice as
When you ignore the bait

No, not like fishing
But bait as in
When some one tries to
Provoke you within

How can you ignore
The hating pain
How can you just close out the anger
Just shut the door?

How do you avoid
Beating people up
When you feel anger
Within you build up

How can I stop myself
And count to ten
When all I want to do
Is hit them again and again

When anger overwhelms one
What can one do?
They cannot hit them
So should they just run?

But to run away from your problems
Is a problem itself
Life is full of problems
And they are unavoidable

Just like anger
Anger is like soda
If you have too much
You will explode

SO what do you do?
What do you do when you
You, yourself is full of hate?
When someone persist to frustrate
