The Computer Ate My Homework

*I was reading Shell Silverstein and suddenly this idea just came to me*

The computer ate my homework,
I swear that this is true.
The computer ate my homework,
No I’m not lying to you.

The computer ate my homework,
Just gobbled it up and poof,
The computer ate my homework,
No I don’t have any proof.

The computer ate my homework,
After three long nights of stress,
The computer ate my homework,
When I went shopping for my dress.

The computer ate my homework,
And now why would I lie,
The computer ate my homework,
All of that colored dye.

The computer ate my homework,
It was a hands on activity you say,
Well the computer ate them as well,
But I feel much better today.

    a little repatative, normaly it works but the reitition in this one is a little irritating. i like the idea you have though! its cute, and i realy hate computers...
