I'm Sorry

I wrote this for my step mom. She read my diary (shame on her) and she read some nasty things about her. This is my apology

I wrote something down,
that i thought you would never read,
and i want you to know,
it's your love that i need,
for without it id be lost,
i wouldn't know what to do,
how i would survive my teenage years,
without someone like you.

I have struggled through many battles,
like the one were in right now,
but this one is different,
I can barely stand my ground.
I know that you are right,
I admit that i was wrong,
I just hope your not disappointed,
in me for very long.

I want to make things better,
i know it will take some time,
I hope you understand that,
as i write my feelings line by line.
I have lessons to be learned,
you have many to be taught,
I want you to know I'm listening,
even when you think I'm not.

I'm sorry for what Ive done,
i have broken your heart,
and now i want to mend it,
every single part.
My poem is now coming to an end,
the one i wrote for you,
but there is still one thing,
that i must say to you,
I love you so much mom,
and i know you love me too,
I hope you will always be there for me,
to guide and see me through.

    hmmm... i wish i could tell my mom that i love her but ya know she tells me all the time that i was just an accident so that pretty much burns out the torch of love for her... anyways that was really sweet. I hope that she does feel better if she reads this. 5/5 youre awesome!

    She's got 2 forgive you now !!! I've learnt it's best not 2 keep a diary cos i either always either get locked out of it, lose the keys, or leave it somewhere so every1 can read it....
    Luckily most of the time i'm too forgetful 2 write in it... you should be proud that you're dedicated enough 2 remember 2 write in it !!!
    Anyways really good poem !! Keep it up !!

    if at the age of fifthteen you can write something with such expresion of apology, rythm and rhyme, then I am sure i will be impressed of your work when your thirty. Good job.

    hey hun i read your post and decided to come check you out, i'll read more when i have time but it's late tonight. ok this poem is really sweet and you did a beautiful job with it. i hope things with your step mom, things like this can be rough knowing that you dissapointed and hurt her feelings but she's also in trouble because she read your diary just hope things are better now. you did a wonderful job on the poem.
