From day to day
each step i take
is one step further from
habits we all should break
i avoid the casual crowds
and try not to be the same
steering clear of the safe path
you all call me insane
but i will admit
in my past I've made mistakes
and the lessons I've learned
help me to be so great
because i was daring
and not afraid to try
i experienced life
without letting it pass me by
