You Can't Control Love

I was there for you through everything
Your relationships,hard times,and depression
We laughed together about everything
Not being friends anymore was your decision

I'm sorry if I fell for your ex-boyfriend
You can't help who you fall in love with
I never wanted to hurt you, your like a sister
But he was my first love, my first kiss.

I even asked you if it was ok to like him
You said "Go ahead, I don't care"
So I did, then I went out with him
And you left, I thought you'd always been there

You don't know how hard it hurts me
Looking into his eyes
When all I ever think about
Is you, and how much of me you despise

I didn't want things to happen this way.
But I swear I never meant to hurt you
And I'd take it all back in a minute
I guess BFF doesn't mean forever like it used too.

I know this isn't very good, but I had to get all my feelings out into a poem, and I'm usually good at it, but it was kinda hard this time, so comment honestly please. Thanks so much for all the people that do read my poems! It means alot.
