Not Alone

The world seems out to get you,
The pain is getting worse.
You’re always sick so often,
It’s almost like a curse.

Life is anything but fair,
you’ve done nothing wrong.
Despite the pain and sleepless nights,
you must try to be strong.

and I feel so powerless.
