You took my breath

by Josiah Larson   Jul 3, 2005

I am all alone at home
and I hope you can feel
what sorrow and pain
That you put me through

You left me there
to feel all blue
as my tears grew

I was played
you were the hunter
and I was preyed
and as you pulled the trigger

On what you so called our love
I thought you were my sweet dove
but I thought wrong
now that your gone

Please say it ain't so
please don't let me go
cant you see
that we were meant to be

Her heart was filled with darkness
and all mine was filled with sweetness
I still remember our star
that only now left one big scar

You may think its funny
I try ed to be friendly
but you were a phoney

My love still stands firmly
even though you were naughty
I was your trophy
I was your game

I was framed
and it was lame
and who do I blame

Should I even say her name
or will it bring to much shame
but she was just the same

Nothing with you was new
from any other girl
in this world

You may not know how the story ends
But I surely do
You may of been my girlfriend
but you were for pretend
yes you thats who

At the age of seventeen
my heart was clean
they couldn't give me enough morphine
for what I did to myself
and as you look on the bookshelf

About a story
about a man
who killed himself
with one stand
just to say that
she wasn't a mistake
that he new he wanted to take

Just with this last piece
just to say his loved increased
I want to let my love unleash
as I bleed to death
with my last breath
saying I love you
