Ecstasy: To Live and Die

by DMG   Jul 6, 2005

The spring grass grew out between
The rainbow flowers, stems of green.
The winter snow of divine white
Fell throughout this summer night.
And soon the snow atop the grass
Created a mosaic glass,
Until the sun melted away
My life along with this day.
My eyes widened, dripping red
As from my hazel eyes I bled,
But at least I lived to see
The summer snow of ecstasy.
