What am i like ?

What is it like me from the outside ?
have i changed has the real me died ?
has my good me been buried beneath grains of sand and barbed wire walls that cave in on me every time i try to climb out .or is it people that have changed trying to mess with my head telling me Ive changed when they have changed instead .
all i feel is that i am dead inside sitting here writing this slowly so slowly going out of my mind
