Let It Drip

by Renee   Jul 8, 2005

The candle wax from the ceiling of my mind
trickles down the walls
to remind me just how much this heart is hurting.
And how the blood dripping from your wedding ring,
after you ripped my heart out,
was dripping on my face
and dissolved into my saline tears.

But you didn't wipe them away this time.

O....that is sad. When you get used to having that one person there to wipe your tears away....and then they don't wipe them anymore.....

    I know how you feel.

    Love it

Very unique! It could almost go under dark poems! A lot said in just a few words. Very powerful but you expressed yourself in a creative way! Good write! Take Care! Brooke~
