I will be with you soon

by Samzy   Jul 13, 2005

I watched as you said “I will be with you soon” and then I watched as you jumped off the cliff.
Then I walked over and stood in your spot. I felt something yearning, a strange feeling as I walked down this lonely street. So familiar was this house that my feet took me to. Just about to turn away when some one came running out. She ran so fast it was a blur, but when passing by, they dropped something that glinted in the night. Looking down and picking it up wiping off some wet mud, was a knife rusted and coated in dried blood. I quickly turned and looked down the street, where blood dotted the ground. Following this crimson trail, led me to the canyon peak. There she was standing tall, not afraid to take this fall. “NO!” I screamed as she turned around facing this small familiar town. She looked right by knowing she was going to die, she bid everyone a silent goodbye as she fell away. I stared in disbelief, as I realized…the girl was me.

plz bear with me..im new at this and this is the first time i have ever wrote a story..you can decide for urself whether the girl jumping off the cliff at the beggining is the other girls best friend..thats what it was supposed to be originaly but i guess there are a few different things you could place her as but feel free to let ur imaginations wander ~plz rate and comment~
