All the Lies

The candle's flame dances across my eyes,
i think of all the good-byes.
the wick is almost gone now,
i think of all the lies.

lies that you told me,
lies that i believed.
lies that came from you,
now pain is what i receive.

i look down at my wrists,
the cuts still remain.
they are there to tell me,
that i wont forget the pain.

it hurts to say this,
but i miss you.
I still cant believe,
that I'm saying this about you.

I lost count of all the tears,
that i have cried.
Now its the scars,
that i must hide.

the candle is almost out,
i gather the blade and take a deep breath.
As i feel the cold, sharp edge,
i begin to pout.

I fall to the floor as the candle goes out...

    I really like this one :) Has emotion in it and I love the way it refers to the candle and it running out and you kinda do :P
