A Feeling

I was sitting at my computer,
all alone,
with nothing to do,
and no one to talk to

It was five AM,
and i was still awake,
i couldn't sleep,
i couldn't eat.

I listened to my music,
And i started getting weird feelings,
mixed feelings.

Not of anger,
not of rage,
not of depression,
not of happiness,
Instead,
a great feeling of sadness.

I thank god every night for the gifts in my life,
and I have the best girlfriend in the world,
and friends who never give up on me.

But still,
this great sadness hit me,
and I began to cry.

I don't know why i did,
its unexplainable,
i just had this feeling,
and so i cried.

The tears ran down my cheeks,
ad my eyes turned red,
all because of a feeling.

I wrote this,
because of that feeling,
and also to say,
that if you have a feeling,
then act on it.

If your incredibly happy,
Then keep going,
don't let it stop.

If your insanely angry,
punch a pillow,
take a bat to a fence post.

If you feel like your in love,
then ask the other person,
and if they are in love with you,
then by god,
be in love.

If your sad for some reason,
just know
that there are tons of people out there
who are willing to talk to you,
and make that evil feeling go away.

My feelings usually get the better of me,
but thats mostly because
Ive seen what happens
when you don't act on them..

and those were the wost mistakes of my life.
So if you ever feel a feeling,
cry,
scream,
talk,
do something.

Because if you don't,
you'll regret it.
