Confessions of a teenage pyromaniac

by broken_dreams_broken _heart   Jul 18, 2005

- I'm not sure this is supposed 2 go in here, but...-

fire eats wood
biting the air
a circle of heat
disturbed by a flare

poisonous smoke
could kill with one breath
playing with fire...
dancing with death

courting the danger
feeling the heat
watching the flames
bow down at your feet

dancing with devils
feeling the roar
cracking and spitting
warms to the core

yet fire's a killer
though it could be a balm
it can murder the innocent
yet protect and calm

fire has seen all
cast its warm gaze
conquered this planet
and set it ablaze

life is like fire
it will bite if not tamed
but those who can use it
are revered and famed
