Worthless

I'm worthless,
aren't I?
You say no,
but why do I always feel like that?
I can never add up to her,
I will never be as good as her,
I try to live up to her,
She will always be better.
I try to excel in different things,
You either reject, or ignore MY accomplishments.
I am an individual
I'm not like her,
I don't want to be like her!
Why don't you accept that?
Just because I'm younger,
You don't take me seriously,
Anything I do,
She's already done it
I just f'd it up.
I guess I'm just your little failure.

    I can relate to this poem, with my parents and stuff. Sometimes it never feels like anything i do is good enough. but please please know that we are all different, and what is poor to someone else is gorgeous to another. Thats why we can never please everyone. The most important person we can please, is ourselves... thats the only way to succeed in life:) Great poem!
