Flowers Die Too

by lisa marie   Aug 8, 2005

Golden flowers held in bands
Rot away in your hands
There's a secret nobody knows
That tells a story of your woes
It starts with love, a new white rose
That captures your eye and nose
Naturally beautiful, naturally sweet
And often ends in deceit
Cause when you pick me, i'll hurt you
While you watch me wither too
Cause nobody knows and nobody knew
That flowers can die too

I like roses they are beautiful flowers. love the poem too! it's very well done with how you realted flowers to love and how a heart can be ripped apart. love it.
