Darkness

All I can see is the darkness around me

I can’t seem to find my way out

I’m lost inside my own sorrow

There’s never no one there to take me into the light

Do you know what it’s like not seeing where you’re heading?

It’s like being a 100 pounds heavier

As you take one step the room gets bigger as you get smaller

I wish I knew what went wrong in life

For me not being able to see the light

All I can do now is sit here and wait
for someone to take me and show me my way

Until then I’m stuck trying to find my way out of all my pain

Cause all I can see is the darkness around me
