Dream Come True

by Bill Turner   Aug 15, 2005

For thirty years I had a dream
Each time, she was there
Was it a vision or a dream?
Those eyes and that hair

She would come to me at night
The only time I was ever free
She would make everything alright
Lying on top of me

I spent a life dreaming of her
Wondering, always wondering who?
Passion and emotion she did stir
Nightly the intensity grew

She never judged me
Holding me tight
There for me
Each and every night

Her voice, it was on the phone
Like an angel heaven sent
When we met, I heard her moan
Felt the rush of emotion from her scent

When I looked into her eyes
My dream came true
When I felt the warmth of her thighs
I knew this was what I was to do

Her look, the hair, the eyes
Angelic smile, voice sultry and sweet
It should come as no surprise
Our creator arranged for us to meet

She is my dream come true
She literally saved my life
When she holds me and says, “I love you”
I know it is for life, as she is my wife

I would also appreciate it if you were to read, rate, and comment, on as many of my poems as you want, and you could tell your friends or other people. I'm just trying to et my work out there. So thanx, and keep writing GREAT work!
