You Are Not Alone (A message, not a poem)

by Eric McGlaughlin   Aug 22, 2005

This is to everyone who has ever thought of hurting themselves, or worse. I've been down that road, and once you go, there's no coming back. Just keep in mind that if you want to do it...It's fine, but remember, there will always be those who mourn for you, who care for you, who love you. Scars on the outside...are shadows compared to the pain of the soul. Whenever you see someone 'normal', keep in mind they could be in worse shape than you. Never frown, because you don't know who's dying to see your smile.
