Shattered Love

by Poetic Tragedy08   Aug 23, 2005

As frail as a book
The writing has fade
It kinda reminds me
Of what our love is now made

You can't turn the pages
Find out what happens later on
It kinda reminds me
Of the day you were gone

The pages are molded
Just as soft as soil
It makes tears in eyes
Our love is now toil

I can't stand all this
Dying my very own death
I'm passing on
Breath by breath

I rip the pages
And cry a smile
I always thought
You were worth while

Cutting deep
Bleeding cold
Breathing hard
A soul is sold
