The Reason

--OK well, this is an acrostic poem using my name Christina Gomes. Thanks for reading--

Cultivating as I begin to grow
Holding onto dreams and promises I know
Rising up and down on all those hopes
In between all of life's ropes
Secrets and sorrows building my strength
The mistakes teaching me to great lengths
I always think about all these choices
Never listening to those discouraging voices
Answers that I'm looking to find
Give me something to ponder in my mind
Obvious problems striking here and there
My heart will always hold onto those who care
Everyone has a certain reason to live
So I'll tell you mine is what my future can give.
