Fallen angel set ablaze

by Eric McGlaughlin   Aug 24, 2005

When a fallen angel is set ablaze,
His vision becomes nothing but a haze.
Eyes that reflect sadness, anger, sorrow.
Heart that feels to be hollow.
Scars burning on his skin.
Walking through fire, burning his sin.
The only trouble with this soul,
is he's not an angel,
but a human with a soul of coal.
Pain follows this fallen angel ablaze,
he sees nothing but his haze.
