Out of the Shadows

Every breath I take
Every thought I think
Every dream I dream
Its all about you

Kept falling into the shadows of the darkness
And everywhere I turned it was dark
Finding the light
Felt impossible

Feeling lost and alone
Kept me from true happiness
Not having true happiness
Kept me from loving

When you came along
You come to get me out of the shadows of the darkness
But the road to friendship
Changed to the road of love

The love we felt
Begin to grow
As the love grew
Its touched my soul.

My soul started to be free from the shadows of the darkness.
And the light sat ahead of me waiting
And together we shall walk into the light away from the darkness

Hand in hand
Side by side
Fighting the darkness
And into the light being together.

    GREAT! I am so glad you have met someone, and he better treat you the way you should be treated Kala, and thats only the best.     I LOVE YOU KALA!!!! I love the poem...but don't mind me if I stay in the darkness a bit longer...i need time to get used to the light. The light still hurts my eyes. -hugs you- I'll love you forever!
