Chain Reaction

by DarkOpex   Sep 1, 2005

I fear the silence,
I hear the clock.
As soon as I hear the car,
The razor drops.

One second life is frozen,
My eyes glued to the door.
I hide the razor and rope,
Under my bedroom floor.

I clean up the blood,
And Lock my room.
You begin to yell,
I'm locked in doom.

I hear you yell,
Of nothing at all.
You complain about everything,
But nothing you've saw.

You found father dead,
You never saw it happen.
You didn't see the gun to his head,
You never heard the trigger tappen.

You didn't see the blood pour,
You didn't watch his bloody slide.
You never knew I was home,
You didn't know in my room I'd hide.

And now you treat me,
As if it's my doing.
I'm not the one who lost his love,
I wasn't off screwing.

I'm sorry you hate me.
I'm sorry I was born.
but now look at my wrists,
The skins all torn.

I guess I'll tie the rope tonight,
And let my blood drip.
I hope from the bloody stairs,
You will trip.

I'll write up a sign,
And say "Thank You, Mom",
I'll even leave a note,
For your boyfriend Tom.

You can watch my last breath,
Slip from my lips.
By the time you wanna cut the rope,
Your head will have done flips.

I'll be no more,
I'll leave the razor in my wrist.
I'll have you name their;
I'm razor kissed.

I'll have a neck of black,
And my face of blue.
Now don't you wish,
To dad you stayed true.
