The cradle will rock

Hush little baby don't you cry
I know you must be asking yourself why
Mummy died the day you were born
And left daddy heart broken and torn
I wasn't meant to die, something went wrong
But don't worry mummy wont leave you for long
Mummy just had a little tummy ache
And fell into a sleep from which she did not wake
Mummy's been with you every single day
The only way she could- her own special way
I hope you can feel my touch
Mummy just wants you to know that she loves you so much
Say goodbye to all your fears
Mummy will wipe away all your pearly tears
Tell daddy I send my love
And if you need me, just look above
Mummy's got to go now she can hear the clock..tick, tock..
But don't worry sweet angel, the cradle will rock
