As I sit here alone in the light of the day
I wonder why I never thought of another way

But I'm human, so I can make mistakes

The flashback into our past still plays infront of my eyes
The pretexts I used for not loving you, were all lies
I can't be shrewd anymore
i wonder what my fate has in store

I'm horrible at playing this game
