I want to live!

Don't believe what the doctor said
Or the articles that I read
Won't live stuck in my bed
There is still to much ahead

Better get to hiding the knife
I won't give up on life
Just have to handle the strife
I plan on being someone's wife

I'm trying real hard to understand
They said life would be grand
It's getting to hard to stand
No more playing in the sand

Waiting for the doctor to call
Pacing up and down the hall
What he said I can't recall
Something about this being it all

With friends my time I'll spend
Especially you my very best friend
Soon it will be the end
My funeral they will all attend

Don't cry because I am gone
Remember that life does go on
Please don't from life be withdrawn
Wake up and enjoy the dawn

    Read your comemnt on my last poem and my position on rape was not liek children and the helpless it was people who set themselves up for it and basically bring it on themselves. again sorry if it was offensive i just feel like girls dont realize what they get themselves into sometime and they should be aware of how they go about life.
