Trapped

Trapped in a web of lies, a thousand lies,
Where troubles reproduce a million eggs,
Where spiders thrive a billion times,
Is where we lose our dignity and turn to wrong.

Trapped in the webs of love, of thousand loves.
I think of her, my million times belov'd,
My billion times beseech'd, the girl I loved and love,
And 'tis here, the shadows of life seek the truth.

Trapped in a web of sins, of thousand sins,
We live in misery, a million miseries,
We cry of love a billion times depart'd.
And this is where the shadows suck our lives.

Trapped in the web of Life, of thousand Deaths,
Trapped we remain, trapped we rejoice a million times,
We dread the Death, the Cry, the Pain,
Enjoy the dread of Life, of million Deaths.

    Ah! Okay....I love the metaphorical value in a "web of lies" such as a spider's web. How well you approached that life, death, pain, love, and dismay are all held within the same weaving patterns. Different contributions to the same "big picture". Absolutely brilliant!

    Amazing job. I really enjoyed this one really amazing job i never read a poem like this. I mean this is really creative. I really enjoyed it. There was nothing wrong with it. I love the concept of using the spider and the spider webs. Amazing job once again. i loved it. keep it up. keep on writing. love always and forever. Ps. thanks for the comment.
