Deadly Mold

by Sierra~ICE~   Sep 21, 2005

It hits with the intent of destruction
Destroying everything in its path
Taking lives along the way
Ruining towns while it laughs

Growing stronger every minute
Water filling up the streets
Rushing through the city
Bodies losing their heat

Laying cold on the bridges
Sitting tired in the unknown
Lost sight of the future
Crying from what has been shown

Water levels rise high
Bodies lay still
Not enough help comes
Even though they know the hurricanes intent was to kill

Living day by day
Not knowing what the next night holds
Never knowing if the next day is your last
Your body could become a part of the deadly mold.
