Depression

by Laurence Hill   Nov 27, 2003

It comes and it goes
Unseen and unheard
It frightens the sturdy and unnerves the weak
Depression is a state from which we must leap.
Pickup your colleagues and go hug a friend
We all need help to get through in the end
For fight it we must it can be a killer
Go on be a rock, or foundation or pillar.
We all need someone who can talk it all out
You have to watch to see if it’s true
For depression can stall even me and yes you.
