One Single Tear

One single tear rolls down
my lonely cheek.
As i sit here and think about
your love, its something that
i seek.

Tomorrow brings another
heartache that persists.
Cos you don't know that
my love for you exists.

I'm always compared and
its so unfair.
I'm sorry that I'm not perfect
but i try so hard i swear.

one single tear dies
on my lip.
as tonight i lay down
and let go of my grip..
